Crepes

2 cups flour

1/2 cup powdered sugar

4 eggs

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups milk

Mix dry ingredients. Add milk, stir until smooth. Add eggs, thoroughly beat with whisk. (I find it easiest to mix all the ingredients in a blender.) Make very thin crepes. Cook on lightly buttered cast iron skillet. Serve with granulated sugar and lemon juice or berries and whipped cream.
